OMG I REACHED MY GOAL!

My goal was 175 lbs and my starting weight was 259 lbs, weighed myself today and I am 175 lbs exactly which is 12 and a half stone for UK users.
My BMI is 24.42!
I still have flabby belly and thighs, so I've made a new goal of 155 lbs and then 140 lbs if I'm still not happy with how I look.

Congrats and thanks for the UK conversion (saves my mental arithmetic)
Pic is great. You may just need to spend more time on toning rather than losing more weight if you've not been doing that in your exercise regime. Good luck though and congrats on getting to goal.0 -

Congratulations dude. The flab and loose skin is usually due to quick pace of losing weight, with not enough weight lifting. Also you should intake a good amount of protein(it's recommended to actually take the same amount of protein you wanna weigh).0 -
