I just completed my first week of Turbo Fire! I love it! And I am happy to report, I lost 3 lbs! A small but rewarding victory.

If any of you have tips to stay motivated or great snack options please let me know.

    I'm doing the hybrid program, so the motivation comes partly from it switching up so often (I don't get bored) and the fact that I'm seeing results. As for a snack, I almost always have a protein shake right after.
