inches lost in one week?

i've been doing 30 day shred for one week and following a 1200 cal diet. i haven't weighed in for the week yet but i'm not expecting much as i've heard 30 day shred can actually cause a gain in the first week or so and i wasn't expecting much from my tape measure but i'm in shock. i have lost 1" from my waist, 1" from my bust and 2 1/2" from my hips. WHAT 2 1/2" from my hips!! i have to say i'm pretty dang excited!:happy:

    30 day shred is great! I used it for a while until I got injured doing something in the video. Be careful on LVL 3. Those walking push ups are probably what hurt my sternum, and probably being a little too eager to challenge Jillian :O) Great job!

    I've actually weighed and measured today...just because I do almost every day...1lb gained, 0 inches lost so far. Today will be day 6 on the Shred and tomorrow is my official weigh and measument taking day....I hope there is some change...
