Today's breakfast was based loosely on something I saw in a Hungry Girl cookbook I picked up from the library. I can't remember what she called it (I can never remember the names she uses...)

1/2 c low-fat cottage cheese
1 medium apple, diced
1 packet Truvia
Cinnamon to taste
5 almonds

I mixed the cottage cheese, cinnamon and Truvia then added the apple. I sprinkled the almonds on top.

The whole thing came in at something like 197 calories and was really tasty.

    sounds good ..i love that website< good to know they have the cookbook in the library!
