FullBars...worth it???

FullBars - expensive, but worth it! I recently decided to give full bars a try to curb my snacking at work. You drink 16oz of water with them and they expand in your stomach to keep you fuller longer. I ended up getting 32oz down and felt like I was gonna pop! Will def be investing in more of these. There about $2.00 a bar, but that's what I would be spending in snacks on the daily so I'm really breaking even and losing weight...can't beat that!

They sell them for under a dollar at all the 99 cent stores in my area. May as well stop by and see if they offer them where you are.0

A nutritionist that I talked to about fullbars said that if you drink at least 16oz of water half an hour prior to a meal and eat something with fiber (carrots or other raw veggies) you get the same effect and it costs less.0

never tried them but thanks for sharing! I may have to grab one from walgreens next time I go.0

It's basically 150 calories of puffed rice. A teaspoon of metamucil will do the exact same thing for 20 calories and negligable cost.0

yeah that's my prob with them too, for 150 - 200 calories you could just have a meal instead! which would have a much better nutritional impact too.0
