my opinion is that the best way to lose weight is to eat your daily calorie allowance and work out.0

I think it's ridiculous.. I delay breakfast and prefer to work out first, but I always make sure to eat breakfast after working out. But I guess as long as you hit your calories for the day without going under 1200 to each their own.0

I definitely do not agree... you should eat at least a little something for breakfast and healthy snacks in between - it gets your metabolism going and your body doesn't think it's going to be starved for another 4 hrs until lunch. Think of how long that is since you've last eaten supper? I personally don't think it's a good idea... you have to fuel your body to lose weight... there is such a thing as conservation mode and your body will try to hold on to fat.... will be curious to see other posts - I'm certainly no expert but it's one thing I've read and heard many times... good luck!0

I don't agree either at all. If you go through even the worst diet plans they all advocate eating a good breakfast. You need to keep your metabolism burning and working for you.0

in terms of weight loss it makes no difference if you eat breakfast or not0

My opinion is the best way to lose weight is to eat when you're hungry and don't when you're not.0

If you eat breakfast, you are likely to eat less calories over the day than if you skip breakfast.

But ofc that is generalising everyone.
I eat breakfast, i feel really crappy, and have had 400 cals i would rather have later on. Everyone is different. If you have willpower and self-control, you wont oversnack.
But, the final result is as mentioned earlier. Calorific deficit is what gives you weight loss. When you eat them is irrelevant.0 -

If you are tracking your calories and macros then it doesn't matter.0 -

Sure, if you have the willpower to ignore the hunger later that may result in over eating later on. If I had the will power, I'd eat all 2,000 of my calories for dinner and save all that time wasted during the day preparing and eating. But I don't.0 -
no way. My doctor says thats the way to start you metabolism up for the day0
