Tis the Season...for Pumpkin!

Hi all...wanted to share a recipe with you all for Pumpkin Smoothies!

Serves 1

1/2 cup canned pumpkin
1/2 cup vanilla soy milk
1/2 cup crushed ice
1 TBSP honey
1 tsp pumpkin pie spice

Directions:

Place all ingredients into blender and process until well blended and smooth!

34 Carbs
2g. fat
0.5 sat. fat
5 g. protein
4 g. fiber
55 mg sodium
0 mg cholesterol

Hope you all enjoy this Fall classic, I don't know about you, but I can't get enough of pumpkin!!
