Hi all...wanted to share a recipe with you all for Pumpkin Smoothies!

Serves 1

1/2 cup canned pumpkin
1/2 cup vanilla soy milk
1/2 cup crushed ice
1 TBSP honey
1 tsp pumpkin pie spice

Directions:

Place all ingredients into blender and process until well blended and smooth!
