as it says ^^ up there.
I got to target just before Xmas 2010, and slowly I have put 8-10lbs back on. I would like to loose that and more (bout 20-22lbs in total) I have my wedding coming up next year, so I would of thought that would of been enough to get my butt in gear, but No, I tried a pair of trousers that I bought in the Xmas sales last year, and I couldn't even get them done up, I want to loose the weight, but I still seem to be eating crap. Having depression isnt helping, as there seem to be more bad days than good.
Any one got any ideas????
Thanku for reading

It's really hard when you're feeling low to get motivated. That we're heading into Autumn/Winter doesn't help either - all my instincts are telling me to eat up because it's going to be cold!! I also find the dark mornings/evenings don't help much either.
Are you seeing a doctor about the depression? It might be worth mentioning to them that you're trying to lose weight & can they check your blood etc to make sure you're a) getting the right medication for the depression and b) if there's anything else that might be hindering you - thyroid or other such things.
The only other thing I can think of is switching round your diet - if you're eating crap because it's in the house, then have a big clear out & junk all the crap. If it's not in the house, you can't snack on it & if you really desperately want it, you'll have to go to the shops for it - and if that's the case, make yourself walk to the shop because that way you'll have burnt a few of the calories off.
Hang in there, hopefully there'll be more good days than bad0
