What did you do to overcome your plateau?

Although this has been discussed in the past, I thought if everyone put what they did to push through their plateau we could all get great ideas.
I've increased my cardio, increased my weights, and will be adding the rower to my elliptical workout to confuse my body a bit.

I lost 1lb a week since the 9th of January until the start of July since then NOTHING no gain no loss so frustrated and would like to loose a further 7/9lbs so I will be keeping an eye on this post!0
