I was walking up the steps to the cardio room and started to feel a sharp pain in my knee. So I took it easy and just did the bike at a slower pace and felt no pain. Now I can't bring my heal within a foot of my butt without my knee hurting! (I usually can bring it all the way without being sore at all).
Any suggestions? I'm going to see what happens tomorrow...and then call for an appointment, but here on post it can be really tough getting an appointment since we have so few doctors compared to the amount of people here!

I hope you can get in and get it checked out. And I hope it is nothing serious.0

Sounds like it could be the tendon that connects your quadriceps muscles to the top of your knee. The tendon runs over your kneecap and stops at the top of your shin bone. If you strained that, it can become inflamed and hard to bend. Or you could've done something to one of the ligaments that holds your shin bone to your thigh bone. But since you were walking on an incline it sounds more the the patellar tendon. Take an anti-inflammatory and rest. :flowerforyou:0

Sounds like you have some fluid on your knee or could have strained a ligament. Sorry it hurts and hope it gets better! :frown:
