Add a bit of protein into your meals and snacks. It really helps keep hunger away. Dieting will get easier as your stomach shrinks too so give it some time.0

It takes some experimenting on your part to find what works for you. Each day is different and I have to adjust to meet my needs. Right now my favorite go to snack (like when I get home from work and I have at least 2 more hours until supper) is Laughing Cow Light Garlic and Herb = 35 calories. I pair it with a serving of Ritz Reduced Fat Crackers=70 calories. All total 105 calories. Its very satisfying on many levels. Good Luck in your journey!0
