Energy Drinks...

Hello all.
I must say energy drinks got me messed up.
I never ever drank energy drinks. Not even coffee.
However the past few years I go mad for them. I drank one to two a day. Some days I have more.
I don't mean the small RedBulls either, I mean full size Monsters which are like 473ml.
The past few months I found every time I would drink one I didn't get anything from it.
I also found out that the taurine in most energy drinks is not very good for people with Psoriasis. Which I have a fairly moderate case of.
So I stopped. Cold turkey. I was so tired to the point of passing out and not being able to think straight for like three days.
Now I still don't feel right but I feel better. It's been two weeks but now I find I crave candy and chocolate. I never craved these things before. I'm trying to chew gum to fool myself but chewing gum for any longer then 5 minutes makes me ill.
Any suggestion?

I quit Redbull in July cold turkey.
Drink tons of water, and get your energy from working out.
Your probably craving a sugar high, not the actual candy.

I used to rely on energy drinks to get me through the day if I was tired. Now I rely on water to do that & it works just as well without feeling like I'm a hyperactive zombie lol0
