How do I record the Walk Slim DVDs? As walking? Low impact exercise? Other? Thanks!

I make my own and just log the calories as walking at x mph

Hi! I've been recording my Leslie Sansone workouts as either low or high impact aerobics. I just tried today 4 Fast Miles, it was fun!

I use the HRM, not an expensive one but good enough to give me a calorie count.

i love those workouts. I started running to them instead and I even included a step.

i usually log it as walking 4.0, since you usally average 1 mile in 15 mins. I logged it as low aerobics also, and the cals burned are very close.

Same here. I log it in as walking 4.0 mph (walking very brisk pace) because it usually times out as 1 mile per 15 minutes.
