12lbs in 12 Days!

I just started this place 12 days ago, my starting weight was 230 and I've already dropped 12 lbs! The first 10 I lost in a week, and I'm slowly pushing it farther and farther. I get so excited to get back in the gym and push myself even farther. I never thought I would enjoy the feeling of sweat down my face!

    You'll find it drops big in the first week or two - but does slow down (unfortunately) Though its healthier that way! Great job! Wish you the best!!!

    That is very great, but be careful about pushing yourself too hard right at first. You might burn out really quick if you push yourself too hard.
