So I had an idea for fabulous chicken today. It turned out GREAT, so I decided to share my recipe.
Just before I headed to the gym, I started this cooking. When I got back home in an hour and took a shower, they were perfectly done!
4 large chicken Breasts, FROZEN
2 tablespoons Olive oil
Johnny Salt/Lawreys seasoning salt
Onions
Garlic (optional)
Potatoes
I dumped it all in a frying pan with a lid, Johnny salted the piss outa it, covered it, and turned it on low (A number 3, on my stovetop) and left for the gym.
When I came back and took a shower then checked it, it was perfect, all around. Soft taters, melt in your mouth chicken with great moisture and flavor, totally easy.

What did you do with the potatoes--chop, slice, what? Did you brown the chicken a little on each side before you left it?0

Large chunks. No browning, just threw it in the pan.0 -

I made this tonight and it was absolutely amazing!!! Like, wow! And really great on the cals too. The only thing was that I added sugar snap peas and paprika and pepper to the recipe, otherwise everything else I did to a T. Thanks so much! My best friend tried some of mine and now she wants me to cook it for her sometime.:grumble:
Totally making this for dinner again tomorrow and many more nights to come (just less potatoes lol)!0
