Just saying hi.

I joined a few weeks ago and lost a few lbs but i let it slide, so i am back after a bad few weeks.

I really want to loose 19lbs and get super toned. I have no clue what to be eating half the time. I end up skipping meals a lot. Being a mum to a 1 year old 2 year old and 7 year old makes it harder for me to find time to work out and meal plan,

I hope i can get some support here and really do it this time.

  • I'm positive you can do it! There is allot of advice on the forums on what to eat, what to do when you workout. I've just been having a look around and it's a wealth of information.
