Food craving...

So, today, when I was about done with work, I figured out what the damage would have been to have a McDonald's quarter pounder for dinner. I love them (please don't flame me). I would not have gone over in anything, including sodium. However, I resisted, because, hey, it's McDonald's, and I don't want to get back into that habit. Now, I am at a net of 864 cal for the day, and just not hungry.

My question is, what kind of damage would this one day of being extra low do? I am not really active, but work = 8 hours on the feet.
