I have questions for people doing Turbo Fire and are seeing results both with weight loss and inches lost.
I am getting ready to start my third month of Turbo Fire and I have not lost weight I have lost inches but the darn scale is not moving.


If you are doing Turbo Fire and seeing great results on both those areas, can you let me know what does your calorie intake looks like? and are you eating exercise calories back or not. How many calories are your burning per workout.

Any other information that you could provide that will help me figure out what I am doing wrong.

    Give up the Scale.... a tape measure is your best friend at this point of the journey!!!

    I'm just about to start week 4 of Turbo Fire and so far have lost a few inches but have gained about 2lb, so have done what GIGI76 suggests and ditched the scale!

    That's been a massive step for me as I am a serial scale-stepper, but I was beginning to feel demoralised, until I thought well, my clothes are fitting good, my measurements are fine....
