hi.
I have been looking for jillian Michael's 30 day shred her in india and also if i order it online they dont deliver in india..
i tried a few exercises from her video on youtube and its damn effective...
can somebody email or upload the version on rapid share or something..

    amazon.com has it for instant view for 1.99 per episode which would be about $6 total, the dvd is more than that. You can see if instant video works in India.

    you can buy it straight from the itunes store for £1.99 per level and watch it straight away too. good luck finding it, it's great!
