    Pooey, I didn't reach my mini goal weight because I self sabotage all my efforts due to alcohol. Oh well, I'm looking at things through a new light and I will get this. There always seems to obstacles in the way, but I'm gonna do this.

    Well HAPPY HOUR Really Ruined things for me and didnt leave me Happy! I was ounces away from my mini goal and then the margaritas doomed me and sent me home with 3 extra pounds. Should be gone over the next couple days but still..me no like!

    Down only 1/2 a pound, still better than nothing. Didn't meet my goal either, just a pound shy. I have been a little slack on my water and my fingers are a little puffy so I can tell i'm retaining. Need to do better this week, but I know it willb e a stressful week. I am going to attempt the KC 1/2 marathon on Saturday, did a practice run yesterday and it felt good, but the butterflies are already beginning. I want to beat my Disney time of 3:35 from this past January, by at least 10 minutes.

    I have the FT7 and love it! I've only had one problem, during the middle of my runs (haven't noticed it during my workouts) I will look and it will show my heart rate at 00 or some weird # like 86. it always refigures and gets back to where it should be though. I'm not a HUGE sweater but I do sweat quite a bit...
