ughh i don't know what is wrong with me... i know that this is going to be a long post so if you don't feel like reading a novel then i suggest stop reading now... i am super frustrated at myself to what i have let myself become... i have gained almost all the weight i work so hard to lose... and now me and my friend are having a weight loss challenge and i can't find the will to exercise... i know what i want... i want to be able to feel comfortable in my own skin... but i honestly walk around feeling like crap all day... i have no energy no will to even get out of bed... like tonight i went to the gym and i had no energy... no will no drive... but i want so badly to be happy... ughhh what should i do what should i think... I'm so lost...

Let's make this easy ...
For the rest of the month, eat healthy and track your food and water consumption each day. Also walk at least 20 minutes each day. If its raining, walk indoors. It doesn't matter where you walk, or when you walk. You don't have to go to the gym. Just eat healthy, track your food, and walk for 20 minutes each day.
Once you reach the end of the month, re-evaluate your goals ...
