I need help from you guys - I'm really tired, cranky and in a bad mood and not much feeling like I want to be at work today, and I'm really craving chocolate, donuts, cookies - anything and everything that's sweet and bad for me. Someone please give me a good talking to so I can get these foods out of my mind. Thanks for the support

Awwww, I am sorry you are feeling this way. It says that you joined in Jan 09, when exactly? I am guessing the first week. It is very normal when you start a diet that you crave the foods that you used to eat. Have you exercised this morning? Sometimes a workout helps you with those cravings. Also you can get an alternative, maybe a small serving of sugar free cookies or some coffee with sugar free flavoring. It seems you are craving something sweet. Have some oatmeal with splenda and fruit. Meditate, try to do something to get your mind of those cravings. A craving only lasts a few minutes and if you try to ignore it with something else it goes away. Also water water water!!!!! You might be thirsty. Are you drinking enough water? And you know, if all fails, have a piece of chocolate or a cookie, just don't go overboard and don't do it every day. It will only make you feel worse. Trust me, I've been there!!! Good luck!!! :flowerforyou:
