Going Back To The Gym!

Hello all!

I used to be such a gym addict. I would do an hours workout, a class (Zuma, BodyCombat, Spin etc.) and a swim, 5 days a week.
But then I broke 2 bones in my foot and stopped going to the gym, stopped healthy eating and piled the weight back on! That was about 6 months ago.
Tomorrow I'm joining a new gym. Have been eating well for a few weeks now, and I would like to go to the gym before work.
So for my starting workout, which I will build upon as the weeks go on ..

- 10 minutes on the Crosstrainer to warm up (will extend this as the weeks go on to 15 then 20)
- Weights/resistance (focusing on TUMMY!! thighs and arms)
- 30 minues of cardio : 15 minutes on the bikes and 15 minutes on the treadmill (will start as a brisk walk)
- Cool down with toning on the PowerPlates.

Will do this 3x a week to start off with, and will also do Boxercise/Zumba a few times a week too starting next week.

What's your thoughts guys? Any tips, improvements etc are very welcome!!!

It seems like you have a great workout plan and you seem to know what you are doing. There is nothing i can suggest further as you have helped me set up my own plan :)
