Step workout dvd

Can anyone recommend a good step workout dvd? I have "The Firm" series but I've gotten bored with those. Step workouts have been very effective for trimming my thighs and butt and I enjoy stepping very much. Thanks in advance for the help!!

    I LOVE LOVE LOVE Cathe's Intensity DVD. It has 30 mins step portion and then it has HIIT and then it has boot camp. You can mix them as you want or do the whole thing. I'm a big Firm fan as well. I'd really like to try their new system they have out some day. Have you tried their Advance Cardio Blast? That's my newest one from them and I like it. I also have their 500 calorie workout which is much like the 30DS but much better (in my opinion - I'm not a big fan of the 30DS though).

    Which Firm series do you have? I have a bunch - from the old stuff to the new stuff (except I don't have the Wave). Their TransFirmer series is good. They use the tall step a lot and I think I got a lot of leg strength from that.

    Also - check out collagevideo.com. They have a preview of every video and tons of reviews. I love that site when looking for videos.

    Thanks a lot for the recommendations!! I have the TransFirmer series and it has worked great so far, I'm just a little bored. I will definitely check out the Cathe's dvd. I love having the option of short/long workouts. Not always I have a full hour or full energy to do a long workout (1 hour is long for me!). Thanks again!!

    I have Amy Dixon's Super Fit Bod - I really like it - my friend and I do it and we burn between 600 and 700+ calories in the hour it takes. You can break it down by section tho and not do the whole thing!

    Oh wow!! That looks like my kind of workout - I added it to my wish list - yay!!! I'm always looking for new, good, challenging workouts to do at home, and all I ever see is the 30DS suggestion (I have that one, and I'm not a fan). Can't wait to order it!!
