I don't know how to take off this last 15 I have!!! I'm working out 3 days a week and my stomach seems to be getting more jelly like, if someone has any advise please let me know!!!

What are you doing for cardio? Last summer I started running. I started on MWF with walk/run combo till I worked up to 3mi. The couch to 5k program is good. I would walk on TU & THUR. The running is what helped my stomach the most. I also try to do pilates 2 times a week.
I would try to up your cardio. 3 days might not be enough. The less you have to lose the harder it seems to be.
Don't get to hung up on being a certain weight. The number on the scale is deceiving. Look at how your clothes fit. After the summer of running I was 120 but looked smaller than I was at 115.0 -
well during the last little bit is when its all about tone. If you have not added a resistance or weight training routine to work your Core you might need to add some of that. what have you been doing so far?0
