knee pain i dont understand

I took the weekend off from the gym. I was going to start up today. I went for a nice evening walk. But this morning I work ip and my right knee really hurts. Its swelled up some. Why I didn't do anything to hurt it. I was thinking it might the weather warming up and then getting cold.

That happens to me not because of exercise but because I slept in a funny position.

How old are your shoes and how many miles do you have on them. Old runners trick, if you knees hurt for no reason, replace your shoes. Most only will last 3 months or less depending on how many miles you rack up.

I haven't had my shoes to long. I've had knee surgery on both knees. So I worry.
