I love the app. im new here. I also want to recommend you guys what im doing every morning.
.. 2 sticks of celery, 1 slice of pinneaple, 1 small spoon of honey, drink this shake every morning before breafast, once i wake up i only brush my teeht and i prepare my shake.. :drinker:
This is a great shakes that it will acelerate your metabolism, it helps your apetite, you wont eat without control.
I hope everyone can start this week with your head up, your mind set in your goals. :smile:

  • Oh oh Sorry yeaaah i put a cup of water & yeahh it gets smoothie if you put a lot of pinneaple, even thou pinneaple its really good to eliminate water..
