  Hello--I just started this weight loss program, and have found it to be a little challenging in regards to getting the right foods to eat every couple of hours. This venutre is causing me to fix more home meals, and be aware of my intake of every item I purchase and consume. Any suggestions on different snackies that I can have inbetween my breakfast, lunch and dinner....I was told gram crackers, yogurt, fruit, vegetables...are their ANY OTHER OPTIONS that you could share!

My I add that I am VERY EXCITED for this new venture that I am on, and definitely expect to make great strides with a little dedication and alot of strength to keep this up.....

I love almonds too, you just have to watch that you don't eat too many. I buy the 100 cal packs so that I don't go overboard. I also love the 100 calorie popcorn bags. These are great and you get to eat a lot!

Good luck, you will do great!

I really like Fiber one bars, not the 90 calories ones. I eat one around 4 and I'm good until dinner.

Lipton Cup of soup - chicken noodle is 50 calories / cream of chicken is 60
  • My favorites: an apple (sliced and taken to work in a container so I can nibble), Kashi Fruit and Grain bars (the dark chocolate coconut - yum!), dried fruit with just a little bit of chopped pecans added in, 1/2 c. lite vanilla non-fat yogurt with 1/2 c. fresh blueberries, Quaker white cheddar rice quakes.
