Hi everyone!

I started using MFP in the beginning of the month and already have lost 11 lbs! I have been making significant changes to my life style. Previously, it was not uncommon for my husband and I to eat out at restaurants or fast food daily. Now i have started to cook everything i eat, and we freeze the left overs in single serving containers. So now when we are too tired to cook, all we do is reheat a healthy meal!

I work 3 days a week, 12 hour days as an RN, so usually i do not exercise on days i work. On my off days I usually go to the gym and do 45 minutes of cardio, and 15 minutes of strength training. I also have started the 30 day shred.

I am 5'7" and currently 171lbs. My goal weight is 140lbs.
