    a good bonus would be trying a new exercise or class :) A lot of people skip out on breakfast.. how about a challenge of eating breakfast every day.

    Here are the updated challenge ideas. Please let me know what you think and we can make changes as necessary.

    Structure-1 or 2 1 point challenges per day, 5 bonus point challenges, team weekly calorie burn challenge

    Monday-Meatless Monday-create a meal (lunch or dinner) that does not use meat (no chicken, turkey, beef, pork, fish)
    Weigh Day Monday-1 point for reporting in

    Tuesday-Track it Tuesday-Write EVERYTHING down-all drinks and foods-if it goes in your mouth it gets written down
    Stretch it Out-1 point for 10 minutes of stretching exercises

    Wednesday-Walk it Wednesday-Walk/run at least 1 mile
    2 points for 2 miles

    Thursday- Gobble Up Thursday-eat some form of turkey to get ready for Thanksgiving
    Strength Training Thursday-Share a description of your favorite strength training exercise (with instructions on proper form-can
    post a link or cut and paste as long as you provide the link for others)
    Bonus Bonus Point-1 point if you do at least 10 reps of your own exercise and the one two others post

    Friday- Fitness Friday-Use and exercise DVD/web video/etc and share with the group what you did and a quick review
    Thank You Friday-Share with someone why you are thankful for them. Post on the board who they are and why you are thankful

    Bonus 1-1 point if you only weight yourself on your scheduled weigh in day

    Bonus 2-1 point if you drink 64 ounces of water each day (including weekends?)

    Bonus 3-1 point if you share a NSV on the main group board during the week

    Bonus 4-1 point if you eat breakfast everyday

    Bonus 5- 1 point if you tried something new (new food, new exercise, etc)

    Monthly Bonus Point-Use this point 1 Monday to earn the point for reporting in without a weight

    Ok, Princess I need some help. I feel like I have just stalled out on the weight loss process and need a bit of a butt kicking to get going again. I know the weather change is part of my problem, but seriously, something needs to change.

    So, I'm wondering if anyone would be interested/willing to take over the captian duties starting in November (I will finish up this month and get next month's check-list made). I'm thinking if I have to be accountable to reporting my numbers to someone else it might help.
