Hello, 5'3'' 20 - 30lbs

My name is Samantha I am 18, I am looking for friends, I am 142lbs and looking to lose to 115 - 120lbs wherever I can maintain comfortably. I do not log exercise calories, but I run, spin or lift everyday. I try to eat really healthy but I do eat out once in awhile and sometimes I do not eat enough, but this is not on purpose ! I just started really tracking on this new account and am looking for people with similar - ish stats.

I am hoping to reach goal around February, I also have a blog - samishealthy.tumblr.com

    I will suggest logging exercise calories and eating them back to what MFP sets as your NET goal. It works like a charm! :) MFP is different in that it calculates a deficit FOR YOU so you need to fuel your body with enough calories when burning some off. :D
