Hi! I just joined a few days ago, after I heard about this website from some other ladies in my First Place 4 Health group at my church. I'm actually pretty close to my goal weight, but I think this website will be very helpful for maintaining my weight after I get there. And the nutritional information is really eye-opening. I tend to think of myself as someone who eats a relatively low-salt, low-sugar diet, but I was really surprised when I saw the numbers, especially my totals for the day. I'm really excited to be here! :bigsmile:
