    Yeah I bought it. Fairly well written fitness pdf. Talks a lot about cardio, and that it really works for women, and how to create a good visual (body wise) similar to celebrities.

    Had never heard of it so I hit google. I agree with some others that it sounds a bunch of crap - but worth a try I suppose, different things work for different people.
    I still think that you won't truly bulk up being a woman. If you do it's likely there's just fat there as well which makes it appear to be bigger.

    Edit- He did get one thing right, it is hard for me to find jeans that fit with a small waist and large quads.
