Tracking your treats using the free printable will help you see patterns with your snacking. That in turn may help you keep healthier snacks on hand certain times of the day to prevent bad snacking. The 2nd sheet contains info on a few popular candies and how much exercise you would have to do to work that off. Ex. 20 minutes of walking the dog to burn off calories from 1 twix fun size bar.

I think I'll give it a try.

    Since you already track your food here ---- why not just change your diary settings so you can see this data?

    I renamed my meals:

    7a - 10a
    10a - 1p
    1p-4p
    4p-8p
    After 8p
    Vitamins/Other

    This helps me see what time of day I tend to eat the most...and helps me try and eat every 3 hours.
    You can name your diary meals anything you want....
