Hello

I wanted to say hello to everyone and that I'm a little new here. I started a couple of weeks ago but wanted to make sure I could stick with this before I posted anything. So far I'm really loving MFP, I always heard you need to watch calories to help loose the extra weight but didn't have the motivation to do it. This place is awesome it really has helped me understand my calorie comsumption. Thank you MFP for making this easier and user friendly!
