I would love to join too if i'm not too late
I started the shred a month or so ago and loved it and then just got out of the routine so this challenge will motivate me to get going again and stick to it (hopefully)

I want to do this too!!! I'm extremely excited (and scared) to get back into an exercise routine. I too am still holding the left over 'baby weight' except my kids are 5 and almost 3, so I guess I can't really call it baby weight anymore. I lost 19 pounds a year and a half ago with 30DS and just got out of routine and haven't been able to get going again, but I'm desperate to loose this weight... NOW!
I just joined today and would love to have some friends to help motivate me.0 -
Day one complete and it was not as terrible as I thought. Of course, tomorrow aches may be a different story! What exercise do I put this under in my diary?0

Hi guys - I think I've gotten you all added as friends now If I missed anyone, sorry!! Please send me one. I'll post a new thread tomorrow so we can start logging our progress. I think before and after pics are great for everyone, but you don't have to post them on the thread if you don't want But please have your starting weights and measurements for the day you start so you can compare and see the loss on the last day!! Thanks all of you for your interest. Can't wait to do this as a team0

I'd love to get in on this if I could. I already have the DVD. I did one day of it, Friday I believe, and was just so shaky after that I could hardly walk! I figured I'd take a break because my body just wasn't used to it. I'm definitely ready to start again! I haven't been around long enough to get in on a challenge from the beginning. This could be really exciting!0

I've done Level 1, day 1 this morning - used 1.5kg weights and it is a killer, hopefully I will be fitter and stronger after the 10 days at this level otherwise I've got no chance of doing level 2. Enjoyed it though - it's a good feeling to do a tough workout in a short space of time. I will be following Natalie one day

I started this today! I cannot do a push up at all! Hopefully I can learn, but at the moment I'm rubbish! I managed the rest of level 1 though so hopefully not going to be too painful in the morning!0

Day 2 for me. My bum hurts and the bottom of my stomach. Can really feel it!
I read a thread on here where someone had asked their husband after day 2 to install a handrail in the toilet as she was struggling to sit down! I totally get that today!0 -

Hey all, can I still join? I just started yesterday.
I'm wondering, are you supposed to do the video every day of the week? I'm assuming you move up the levels as you can, correct? Or, do you move up and down so you can have "recovery" days?0
