Hitting a wall..

I am so frustrated....
I have been doing really well...I have lost 18 pounds to date(before joing myfitnesspal) and now I have hit the wall. I did not lose any week this past weigh in and I am totally depressed about it. Can anyone give ideas or motivation to get past this wall and keep going? I am so frustraited and dont know that to do.. PLEASE HELP!!!

    Have you tried changing your exercise plan? Sometimes changing the exercises you do will help. Don't be discouraged though. It will drop again. I too have hit plateaus but I just stick with it, change my exercise a bit and eventually it starts coming off again.

    i'm in the same boat. I do SO good during the week, and then on weekends I fall so far off the wagon, it's ridiculous. Then it erases all the hard work I did during the week. ugh. I don't know if I have any good tips, but this week/weekend when I am craving something sweet, I am going to have a cup of tea instead. Also, I am going to try to plan my weekends better and have yummy low cal foods handy so that I'm not going for junk. Good luck to you!

    Do you have any recomendations? I am a full time mom and a full time job. All I have is a tredmill because I work out either befoer my son wakes up or after he goes to bed. It is an older one so it doesnt have all the fancy bells and whistles. I can adjust the speed and thats about it. I am doing 30 mins a day, 5-7 times a week.
