Feel The Burn!!

Today is day 3 of working out..I mean..like making a plan and actually sticking to it.:tongue:
So far, I have noticed my abs are killing me..like I stand up, and it hurts, but not a bad hurt, and awesome pain.:happy: Has anyone else experianced this? Have you noticed any differance. I swear, the legs of my jeans dont feel as snug, not a lot, but juuuuuuust enough to go "huh..that feels kinda differant":wink: Am i Nuts or do you think that is really happening?

    Hey, if you feel it, it isn't your imagination. :bigsmile:

    I am of the mind that exercise makes us very aware of our bodies and eating right makes us aware of how our bodies react. I love just thinking about what my body is doing when I'm exercising (like muscles tearing and rebuilding stronger) and what is happening inside me when I eat good food. Is that weird? :huh: :laugh:
  • Your not weird at all, I promise :smile: Either that or we're both odd lol I think the same way too, and I like thinking about how I'm doing my body good.

    no...I do the same thing..if i am running or skipping or doing some thing and I want to stop, I think COMEON!!! ONE Minute..feel that??THATS CALORIES BURNING" so no, its not weird..if it works and gets you to the finish line..its all good.
