I am having trouble staying in my sugar limit. I am aloud 27g a day but I eat tons of fruits a veggies so it takes it up pretty quickly..Is sugar from these bad?

    There's a lot of different types of sugar and the kind you get from fruit is different from the type you get from processed foods. Read this -

    Unless you have a medical condition that specifically restricts sugar, I wouldn't worry about vegetables, and fruits should be ok as long as you aren't eating crazy amounts. Plus, they are great sources of vitamins and other nutrients.

    I have the same problem. But like someone already said, natural sugar like in fruit is a different story than a cookie. So in the end, I still watch my sugar count, but when it goes over I take note of what items put me there. A little sugar in my peanut butter, some from an apple, and a spoonful in my tea is all okay by me. :)
