Hello from newbie

I finally caved and joined myfitnesspal today. My doctor and a specialist, even thought I am in great health and can be very active without issues, have told me I need to loose 65 pounds. Ack!

I was going to do Weight Watchers but I've tried it before and the points system didn't seem to work for me (I just find it frustrating, I'm sure it works if you really try) but calorie counting usually does work better for me and that is also what my doctor and specialist said I should do.

So here I am and I've also downloaded the app to my phone. I'm really impressed by some of your success stories and I hope to have one too.

I plan to follow Adam Lambert around on tour in 2012 and my best friend and her family are insisting I go to Walt Disney World with them in fall of 2012 and I want to be a lot lighter on my feet.

Pray for me! LOL
