Lower belly pooch....

Does any one have any tips for getting rid of this? My upper stomache is starting to tone down but no matter what i cant get rid of this....What can I do? :grumble:

Ive heard squats help with that and so does jogging/running.0

Reverse crunches!! I love them! They are hard, but they focus primarily on lower abs/pouch. Which is why it is hard, we never works those muscles really. You can youtube or google them. They are simple in theory. Just can't explain it in words very well. I do them on my Jillian Michaels 30 Day shred DVD. I love her ab exercises on that DVD!0
