Hello all!! I hope you are having a VERY healthy day today!

I was just wondering for those of you who wear a pedometer if you take it off while you walk/run/exercise? I do not but I am not sure if I need to.

Thanks for your input!!

  • Mine's practically attached to me all the time. I take it off the sleep and shower and thats about it (well, maybe one other thing!:embarassed: ) I do get points which convert to $'s though through my employer. I don't see any reason to take it off unless its in the way or something.
  • I wish my employer would do that! LOL  My husband makes fun off me because once I take it off to go to bed I refuse to get up without it on. It would not get in my way to work out. I just did not know if you counted those steps..... Thanks!:flowerforyou:

I wear mine most of the time - but some workouts (like yoga, swimming, cycling) don't "count" steps well. I know most of the conversions if you are interested - I still have my Step Diet book.
