How fast can you do it?

Great but hard workout to cross train variety of muscles and do a large cardio session.

You have to do the following exercises with very little or no rest in between.

5k (3.1 mile) run
4k (2,4 mile) bike
3k (1.9 mile) elliptical trainer - feels like forever as it takes ages to do any distances on these things!
2k (2000m) row
1k (0.62 mile) run

Managed to complete it in 1 hour 31 mins and definately feel like I've had a good workout. Although my legs are aching already and I only did it 8 hours ago! Feel tomorrow will be painful

How did you do?

ps. would advise against trying this unless you are already comfortable running at least 5k (no matter what the pace) and it is a hard session and can be tough on the knees
