HELP

I'm in Wisconsin where it is literally so cold today they cancelled school. I want to take the kids to McDonald's because they don't get to go often and it will get them dressed and out of the house. I'm eating a healthy lunch right now but I WANT AN APPLE PIE! I'm rationalizing it a thousand different ways. I wanna, wanna, wanna......I know this is a whining rant but help.

    Well... how many calories are in it?
    If you KNOW you are gonna eat it.... I suggest you work out for it.

    Thanks, it's 250 and I did work it out already, but....If I could get control of myself I'd have those calories burned off my bod instead. You're right though, it's more proactive than giving in and doing it without the treadmill.
