i am trying to gain muscles and my friend who is a personal trainer has given me the following program to work on and i am looking for people to join me and we can share our experiences. i am using 4.6kgs dumbells to start with.

10 Push ups
10 Push up position DB Rows
10 Squats (heels flat on the ground)
10 DB Bicep Curls
10 Tricep bench dips
10 DB SHoulder Press

Do each exercise straight after the other, NO REST
then rest for no longer than a minute and do it again twice.

Don't forget to warm up before hand, go for a 3 min run or do some dynamic stretches
It's an easy to follow, intense workout that you can do in your bedroom and it's quick so it won't take up too much time
