Awhile back someone posted a recipe for making one individual microwave cake with a couple ??? tablespoons of cake mix and I'm not sure what else..... I've done a search and can't find it. It was not the one with yogurt.

Does anybody have this recipe or know of one?

Thanks!

Well, I know most cake mixes call for eggs and oil. So, maybe use some EggBeaters (that way you can use only what you need instead of a whole egg/whole recipe) plus a bit of oil?

Are you talking about the Hungry Girl Individual cakes, with cake mix and diet soda? I don't remember the exact measurements but it was like 1/3 cake mix and 1/2 c. diet soda. Microwave 3 minutes let sit 1 minute
  • I know that you can make "brownies in a mug" so maybe if you look up "cake in a mug" you may find something.
