So today has been messed up from the time i opened my eyes. Woke up late and had to rush this morning so by doing that i forgot lunch and snacks, i usually walk 1/2 my lunch but today couldn't so i could run home eat and get back. Get home tonight and realized i didn't set out what i was going to do for dinner and my son has a ballgame that will last until 7:30. So i am questioning what do i do for dinner and how do i get in my hour of walking/excersizes. Don't want to eat @ 9:00 but don't want to excersize in the dark either. Any suggestions on what to do. My mind is fried today:grumble:

    Go for your walk while your son is playing ball. Quick supper- chicken ceasar wraps - buy a roasted chicken at supermarket -pull it apart put in wraps with lettuce & ceasar salad dressiing.

    Yes, breathe.

    * eat a Luna Bar
    * walk during your son's game - around the field so you don't miss anything
    * stop by KFC for a piece of grilled chicken, Subway, or a salad bar on the way home
    * be better prepared for tomorrow

    And if you can't make any of it happen, tomorrow is another day.
