Who's got Sole....recipes? ;)

For supper tonight I'm making spaghetti squash with some onion, cherry tomato's and feta cheese, and my man has never tried it. He has told me he's willing to give it a go but I'd be pretty surprised if he actually likes it enough to get full so I've decided to make some Sole as a side, just in case. But the thing is, I've never made sole before so I was wondering if anyone has some tips or idea's for me.

I dip mine in milk and roll in crushed almonds then bake or pan fry.
Then just a squeeze of lemon and they are great
