Ballet Class!

So I have started taking ballet classes again, and i have one today for 2 hours....how many calories on average does this burn??!!! The site said 500 but that seems extreme

my daughter is a classical ballet student...she trains hard...to the point of sweating through her leos 2 or three times aday...in 5-7 hours of classes and burns about 240 cals. It is not huge cardio burning exercise.0
