I am having an incredible day!

I just have to share because I am so enthused right now and I would love to spread my happiness around!

I am so pumped about my new exercise bike. It is really comfortable and a pleasure to ride, plus it has a heart rate monitor which, as I have calculated, means I have actually been burning even more calories than I had been estimating! Plus, I got the bike for next to nothing as it was on sale for half price, plus I had gift cards saved for the store and it paid for almost the entire thing! It is great to have, especially in Canada, where I am it is pretty difficult to take the bike out once the snow flies. I rode it for an hour this morning and I enjoyed the entire thing!

Meanwhile, I have also been cleaning out my closet and have been able to get rid of several pairs of pants that are too big! And I risked trying on my size 10s, most of them fit comfortably again!!

A big thank you to MFP and everyone I've met on here who has been such an encouragement! This has been just what I needed to get back on track.

My husband and kids are definitely enjoying my fabulous mood today!!

that is awesome!! i am glad you shared your good news! no matter how big the event is that causes elation, elation is what is the result- and it definitely needs to be shared!! way to go on fitting back into clothes- and finding a new 'toy" that will allow you to make sure you get your exercise in!
